1. Company Details

JuteFactory.com is owned and operated by a registered jute bags manufacturing firm based in India. We deal in manufacturing, customisation, and wholesale of jute and other eco-friendly bags for clients in India and abroad.

2. Products and Services

• We manufacture and supply jute, cotton, and canvas bags in various sizes and designs.
• Customisation options like printing, embroidery, stitching, and private labelling are available for bulk orders.
• All product images shown on the website are for reference only. Final product may slightly vary in texture, shade, or stitching due to the handmade and natural nature of materials used.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on raw material costs and other factors.
• GST and shipping charges are extra unless specifically mentioned as inclusive.

4. Orders and Payment

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to customised and wholesale orders.
• We accept payments through bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and selected payment gateways for advance payments.
• Full payment or at least 70% advance is required for order confirmation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Balance payment must be made before dispatch.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production timelines depend on order size, customisation requirements, and current factory workload.
• Normal production time is 7–15 working days for most orders. Custom orders may take longer.
• Delivery is made via reputed couriers or transport agencies. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, strikes, or acts beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Customised or printed products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

7. Product Quality and Disclaimer

• Each bag is handmade and may have minor variations, which is natural and not considered a defect.
• We ensure proper quality checks, but slight differences in color, texture, or stitching may occur due to natural fiber characteristics.
• All claims for defective products must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment with proper photos and order details.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including images, designs, text, and logos are property of JuteFactory.com unless stated otherwise.
• Reproduction or use of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Client logos used in our gallery or portfolio are for display purposes only and belong to respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will be used only for order processing, customer service, and internal communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
